We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private balcony with breathtaking views and a plush bathroom with high-end toiletries. the service was outstanding, the staff were friendly and attentive to all of our needs. the location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby malls and attractions.
The slow check-in process that took longer than expected. it was quickly resolved with the help of the helpful and accommodating staff.
